Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of website development, configuration, consulting, and related services, refunds are handled according to the policy outlined below.
1. Service-Based Work
All services provided by Tourfic Services involve planning, technical implementation, and dedicated resource allocation. Once a project has started, partial or full refunds may not be available depending on the stage of work completed. Refund requests will be evaluated fairly based on:
- project progress
- completed deliverables
- time and resources already invested
- agreed service scope and communication history
2. Deposit and Advance Payments
Deposits or advance payments made to initiate a project are generally non-refundable, as they secure scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. If a project is cancelled before any substantial work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
3. Completed or Delivered Work
No refunds will be issued for:
- completed project milestones
- delivered digital assets, configurations, or code
- services already rendered or approved by the client
- delays caused by lack of client communication, content, or access
4. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted solely due to:
- change of business direction
- change of personal preference or design taste
- decision to use another service provider
- delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting, plugins, or integrations
5. Service Issues and Resolution
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to working collaboratively to resolve issues through revisions, adjustments, or alternative solutions where reasonably possible.
6. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For monthly support, hosting, maintenance, or recurring services:
- Fees already billed are non-refundable
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, Tourfic Services may issue partial refunds or service credits at its sole discretion to maintain goodwill and long-term client relationships.
